Any purchase will be considered as an order as soon as the full payment is received.
- Our standard delivery time is 30-45 days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of any unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA.
- For logistics and insurance purposes, our team shall reach out to request for an identity proof of the person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company shall hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
- We ship through luxury logistics services and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team shall reach out to you through whatsapp and/or email to update you with the tracking link of the shipment.
