Diamond Certification Lab Report
Original Purchase Invoice

Note: These documents are compulsory. We cannot process any requests without them.

Quality Inspection:

All products returned for exchange or buyback undergo a stringent Quality Inspection to confirm they are free from damage or alterations. This process helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and trust.

Processing Time:

After the Quality Inspection is completed, your return will be processed. As this is a thorough procedure, it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Detailed Exchange and Buyback Terms-

Exchange Policy:

Within 7 Days of Purchase:
You can exchange any product within 7 days from the date of purchase at its full value.
After 7 Days:
Exchanges after 7 days are still accepted at full value, provided the new product or combination of products you choose totals at least 20% more in value than the original.

Buyback Policy:

Within 2 Years:
For returns within two years of purchase, you will receive 80% of the original invoice value.
After 2 Years:
For returns beyond two years, the buyback value is assessed individually. The value may exceed 80% of the original invoice depending on the product's condition, date of purchase, and return date. To know the exact buyback value, please contact us directly. We guarantee that the buyback amount will not be less than 80% of the invoice value.
