Returns & Cancellation
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our products are eligible for exchange up to 7 days from the day of delivery. Post 7 days of delivery, you can still exchange your product at its full value. Simply choose a new product or combination of products that total at least 20% more in value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send it back to us. Customized jewelry is not eligible for return.
Quality Check:
All returned products undergo a thorough Quality Check to ensure that they are free from any damage or foul practice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. We don’t accept cancellation for customised jewellery products.
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to ask for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if your order is being cancelled partially or completely or if any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
