Returns & Cancellation

Our products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the day of delivery. Post 30 days of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to ask for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if your order is being cancelled partially or completely or if any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

Orders can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. We refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 5% will be levied and balance 95% will be refunded to the account.

We don’t accept cancellation for customised jewellery products.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks of approval email.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us your item to back to us. Customized jewellery is not eligible for return.
